“Toupee or not to pay, that is the question.” But for this monster, there’s no question at all. It refuses to pay for anything-not for food, not for clothes, and certainly not for a haircut. Instead, it opts to snatch what isn’t rightfully theirs, all while sporting a face like a slapped codfish. And if you dare to intervene, you might just discover there’s more to this monster’s name than meets the eye.
